"Save Your Time, Ingredients Were a Letdown"
I gave a couple of skinn products a try, i wish I had looked closer at the ingredient list first. For the price, I expected something a lot cleaner or more impressive, but it seemed like there was a lot of fragrance and filler-type stuff in there.
After using them a few times, my skin started feeling irritated, so I stopped before it got worse. Maybe they work for some people, but if you’re sensitive to fragrance or picky about ingredients, I’d save your time on this one.

"Disappointed with the packaging and changing terms"
I ordered from skinn.com the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up all bent, and the product inside was just loose with no extra padding or protection. It really felt like it was tossed in without much care. For the price I paid, I expected a lot better. On top of that, I feel like the terms or details around the order keep changing, which just makes the whole experience more frustrating. Not impressed.

"Way too thick and takes forever"
I really wanted to like this, but it feels so greasy on my skin. I kept waiting for it to sink in, and it just sat there for ages. Frustrating when you’re trying to get on with your day

"A little more scent than I wanted"
I didn’t mind this product overall, but the scent was definitely more noticeable than I was expecting. It’s not a bad smell or anything, just a bit heavy and it seemed to hang around longer than I’d like. I’ll finish what I have, but I’ll probably look at other options next time.

"Customer service took too long"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to customer service thinking it would be simple to sort out. The first response took a few days, wich was already kind of annoying.
When they finally got back to me, they asked for info I had already sent before. They weren’t rude or anything, but it felt like I had to keep repeating myself just to get a basic answer.
The products themselves are fine, so I’m not totally unhappy. But the support was definately slower than I expected. Not the worst experiance, just not great either.

"Super easy checkout"
Ordering from skinn.com was easy. The pages loaded quickly, checkout didn’t take forever, and my confirmation email came through right away. I also appreciated that the discounts were clearly shown before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises. No problems with the site or payment at all. Happy with the whole experience.

"Pretty good, but the shade mix-up was annoying"
My order showed up quickly, which was great, but one of the items came in the wrong shade. Customer support did fix it, so I appreciate that, but it was still a bit frustrating. I also wish the instructions or shade details had been clearer when ordering, because that might’ve helped avoid the mix-up. Overall, not a bad experience, just could’ve been smoother.

"It’s okay, but I’m not sure I’d stick with it"
I’ve tried a few of the products and they did seem to help a little, but the results took a long time and weren’t that noticeable. It’s not terrible, but I was hoping for more. If I don’t start seeing better results soon, I’ll probably switch to something else

I ordered from skinn.com and, to be fair, the shipping was faster than I expected. I got the tracking email the next day, and the package ended up showing up in about 4 days, which was a nice surprise.
The disappointing part was that the updates were slow at first, so I wasn’t totally sure if it had actually shipped or was just sitting there. Everything arrived fine in the end, but the lack of clear updates made the experience feel a little more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Worked well for my picky skin"
My skin can be picky, so I was a little cautious at first, but this didn’t make me break out. It took a few days for my skin to adjust, which I feel like is normal with new products. Overall I’m happy with it, though common sense says it’d be even better if it cost a little less...

I’ve tried ordering from Skinn Cosmetics a few different times now, it’s been frustrating. The products I’m interested in always seem to be out of stock whenever I check. I even signed up for the restock emails, hoping that would help, but I haven’t really gotten anywhere with it. It just feels like I keep wasting time coming back to the site for nothing. I’d love to actually try the products, but the availability has been so poor that I can’t give it more than 1 star.
